Returns and Refunds
Small Parts CNC offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the fit or quality of our products, we will glady accept any returns within 30 days from receiving the item.
All products returned must be in new, resalable condition. When an item is received, it will be inspected and a refund will be issued.
For any errors in shipping made by Small Parts CNC, a full refund including shipping costs will be made.
If you decided the item is not needed anymore, or was purchased by mistake, a refund will be issued (less shipping charges) when the item is received and inspected.
